Fee's for Loan Documents Please note: All signing fee's must be paid in full regardless of whether or not the loan funds. Like appraisers, signing agents do not work on commission, therefore payment is not contingent upon funding.  Fees will never increase without notice.
Mortgage Loan signing-docs delivered via FedEx or other courier  If borrower does not sign, you will still be responsible for payment in full, so please make sure your borrower knows the terms of the loan before signing	$ 200.00
"Same day signing" - Docs picked up in person for emergencies	$300.00
Concurrent closing second loan (such as HELOC or 2nd Mortgage) (Docs must be signed on the same day as the first appt)	100.00
Re-sign due to expired docs/ lender error/ borrower does not sign	$100.00
Re-sign due to notary error or omission	no charge
Receive and print electronic documents with borrower copy	$25.00
